All payment options will be provided to you at the time of check out. Orders will be processed upon receipt of the funds.


Out of stock items:

Whilst all measures are taken to ensure that items listed on the website are available for dispatch, at times errors may occur. If this rare scenario may occur to you, we will endeavour to provide an alternative solution to you within 1 business day. If you are not satisfied with the alternative solutions then we will process your refund.


Exchange and refund policy:

Due to the nature of the gifts, unfortunately we do not offer any exchange or refunds on the basis of change of mind. 

We do all that we can to ensure the quality of our products is 100% before dispatch, whilst ensuring adequate protective lining within the box to minimise the risk of damage in transit. 

If by any chance you receive your item damaged, please email us immediately on so that we can organise the appropriate remedy.
